Montana: Another Pro-Gun Bill Sent to the Governor

House Bill 304 eliminates the need for a concealed weapon permit within city limits, which is already the law outside city limits.  HB 304 would only apply to individuals who are “eligible to possess a handgun under state or federal law.”  HB 304 passed in the state House by a 58 to 41 vote on February 22 and passed in the state Senate by a 30 to 19 vote on March 23.  Please call AND e-mail Governor Steve Bullock (D) today and respectfully urge him to sign House Bill 304 into law.
