West Virginia: Bill to Benefit Concealed Carry Permit Holders Another Step Closer to Becoming Law

Today, House Bill 2431, sponsored by Delegate Rupie Phillips (D-24), passed on a voice vote in the state Senate Judiciary Committee and now heads to the Senate floor for its first reading. This legislation was already approved by an overwhelming 97-1 vote in the House of Delegates.
