Illinois: Mandatory Minimum Bill Dropped from Veto Session, House Adjourns

Scheduled to be voted on in the state House today, recent mandatory minimum bill language (previously reported here) was altered to focus on felons, repeat offenders and gang members instead of citizens who wish to carry only for self-defense.
