Colorado: Castle Rock Successfully Repeals Open Carry Ban!

Last night, the Castle Rock Town Council voted a second and final time in favor of repealing the current local prohibition on openly carrying a firearm in public buildings and parks.  This second 4-3 vote came just before 11:00 p.m. following several hours of public comment on repeal of the firearm open-carry ban.  Castle Rock’s open carry ban had previously been in place since 2003.
