Wisconsin: Assembly Committee Unanimously Approves Bill to Allow Interstate Long Gun Sales

Today, the Wisconsin Assembly Natural Resources and Sporting Heritage Committee unanimously approved Assembly Bill 368.  AB 368, sponsored by state Representative John Spiros (R-86), would align Wisconsin with forty other states that already allow their residents to purchase rifles and shotguns in non-contiguous states, provided that the purchase or transfer complies with state and federal law.
