Idaho: Pro-Hunting Legislation Passes House Committee

Earlier this week, House Bill 399 passed in the House Resources and Conservation Committee with a do-pass recommendation and is now awaiting consideration on the House floor.  HB 399 seeks to lower the minimum age to hunt big game from twelve years to ten years, while retaining the requirement that an individual younger than twelve must be accompanied in the field by an adult licensed to hunt in Idaho.
