Kentucky: Bill would let victims exercise their Right-to-Carry

Domestic-violence victims could seek temporary court orders allowing them to carry concealed weapons under a bill that has won approval from a Kentucky Senate panel.The bill’s supporters include the NRA. Republican Sen. Jared Carpenter says his measure is aimed at giving victims the ability to protect themselves.
