New Hampshire: Concealed Carry Bill Gutted and Replaced with Anti-Gun Language in House

Last week during its executive session, the New Hampshire House Criminal Justice Committee, in a surprise move, gutted House Bill 1264 (Hoell-R) and replaced it with a measure to establish a commission to study the “so-called” link between firearms and violence.
