Legislation to Expand Concealed Carry Formally Introduced in Wisconsin

This week, state Senator  Mary Lazich (R-New Berlin) and state Representatives Robert Brooks (R-Saukville) and Jesse Kremer (R-Kewaskum) introduced Senate Bill 589​, which would allow concealed carry permit holders to carry on school grounds, thus eliminating the current state felony that prevents law-abiding gun owners from transporting their children or grandchildren to their community schools.
