Mississippi: State Suppressor Registration Requirement One Step Closer to Repeal

On Tuesday morning, the House Wildlife, Fisheries & Parks Committee reported Senate Bill 2313, sponsoredby State Senator Sean Tindell (R-Gulfport), to the full House for consideration.  SB 2313 eliminates the redundant, unnecessary and rarely-enforced requirement that lawful owners of firearm sound suppressors register those items with the Mississippi Department of Public Safety.  Please contact your State Representative and urge them to support SB 2313!
