Pennsylvania: Important Firearms Preemption Legislation Introduced In the General Assembly

Both Senate Bill 5, sponsored by state Senator Wayne Langerholc, Jr. (R-35), and House Bill 671, sponsored by state Representative Mark Keller (R-86), would further clarify existing law to ensure that firearm and ammunition laws are consistent throughout the Keystone state.  Please contact your state legislators and urge them to support these important bills!
