Pennsylvania: Important Firearms Preemption Legislation Introduced In the General Assembly
Both Senate Bill 5, sponsored by state Senator Wayne Langerholc, Jr. (R-35), and House Bill 671, sponsored by state Representative Mark Keller (R-86), would further clarify existing law to ensure that firearm and ammunition laws are consistent throughout the Keystone state.
