Missouri: Committee Passes Self-Defense on Public Transit Bill, Moves To the Senate Floor

On February 12th, the Missouri state Senate Transportation, Infrastructure and Public Safety Committee voted to pass Senate Bill 39 to allow law-abiding citizens to carry firearms for self-defense on public transit.  It has been placed on the Senate informal calendar and can be brought up at any time for consideration on the floor.
