Arkansas: House Could Vote on Right-to-Carry Reciprocity Bill Tomorrow
On April 2, Senate Bill 858, which would establish that Arkansas recognize any valid Right-to-Carry permit issued by another state, passed in the House Judiciary Committee. SB 858, which passed in the state Senate by an overwhelming 34 to 1 vote on March 26, could now be considered on the House floor as early as tomorrow.
