Conservative talk show host to emcee pro-Second Amendment rally in Gouverneur – Conservative talk show host Melody Burns, who appears on Talk 1300-AM out of Albany, will be master of ceremonies for a pro-Second Amendment rally Saturday, April 13. The rally will run from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the village park, E. Main Street, Gouverneur. Other featured speakers will include Tom King, president of the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association.
